    Being trauma-informed means addressing the behaviors and reactions related to trauma. Coaching will help you process the mental loops and gut-punch triggers rooted in past wounds—so you can finally stop bracing for impact and start living.

  • ADHD & Neurodiversity

    Brain feel like a browser with 136 tabs open? I help neurodivergent adults untangle shame, manage life on their terms, and actually feel good in their own minds to get sh*t done.
